Perdue Foundation Awards ESRL $5,000 Grant

We are pleased to announce that the Arthur W. Perdue Foundation has awarded ESRL a grant in the amount of $5,000. The funds will be used towards the Read, Play, Thrive early literacy project, which will place early literacy centers and other learning activities in library branches throughout the Eastern Shore.

ESRL is grateful to the Perdue Foundation for recognizing the crucial role that public libraries play in helping to prepare children for school.
